Meet Marissa Stanback
Marissa Stanback brings more than 20 years of experience in housing, property management, operations, leadership, and organizational problem-solving. Her perspective comes from doing the work. She understands what happens when a policy looks good on paper but doesn’t translate into daily practice—and the pressure managers face balancing staff, residents, compliance, deadlines, and the unexpected issues that are part of housing operations. Her work focuses on understanding what gets in the way of good performance and creating practical systems that make expectations clearer and work more consistent. Technology—including AI—is a tool within that work, not the starting point.
